Take "Fido" for a walk - Thursday, August 26, 2010

When you are expecting a showing on your home, remember to make arrangements for your pets.  Potential buyers want to see the entire home with out distractions.  A barking dog can make for an uneasy showing and bring the comfort level way down for the buyers.  Other distractions are exotic pets such as birds, spiders, snakes, and other large reptiles.  In Florida we may have daily contact with these animals outside, but very few homeowners want to see their worst fear inside the home that they may buy.  So Take your dog(s) for a walk and place out of site any pets that may be a distraction to what could be a possible offer on your home.
